What This Site Does
This site organizes public-facing information about the custody systems that serve Arthur County. Because Arthur County does not publish a county-run jail roster, the local jail path points to Keith County Jail, which serves Keith, Perkins, and Arthur Counties. State prison records, federal inmate records, immigration custody, and court case records are separate systems.
The goal is practical reference. Pages explain which office or locator controls each type of record, what a roster entry may show, when a person may move from jail custody to state custody, and which records are held by courts instead of the jail.

This is an independent website. It is not affiliated with the Arthur County Sheriff's Office, Keith County Jail, the Nebraska Judicial Branch, the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services, BOP, ICE, or any other public agency.
The site cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, change bond, release an inmate, arrange a visit, remove a court record, provide legal advice, or file a public records request for a visitor.
